          The Greenbriar is ideally located between Oakland and Shadyside, less than a mile East of Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh; it is a 5 minute walk from Shadyside's "precious" Walnut Street shopping.  It is easily identifiable by our sign in front of the building.  5230 Fifth consists of 17 one bedroom apartments which are "better" than most other Fifth Avenue apartments.  5230 has dishwashers, disposals, laundry, air-conditioners, intercoms, elevator, and storage space.  Heat, hot water and parking are included in the rent.
